1:1 Online Coaching is perfect for busy ladies who:

  • Want to be given the best individualised workout plan to do at home (or at their gym) in order to get the results they want – weight loss, toning up, feeling fitter, stronger and more energised.
  • Prefer to have one to one support from a dedicated Coach with a highly personalised plan, which takes into account current or old injuries, health concerns, likes and dislikes, as well as the results they want to achieve.
  • Perhaps feel self-conscious about going to the gym or just doesn’t have time for it!
  • Are ‘time poor’ and need simple, effective workouts to do around work and family commitments, and don’t want to spend all day cooking complicated recipes with expensive ingredients!
  • Like the idea of having their results tracked each month so they can see exactly how their body has changed and their fitness has improved.
  • Need ongoing support, coaching and accountability from a highly experienced, qualified, and friendly, Coach.

Personalised Nutrition Coaching

  • Who want new recipes each month, example meal plans, and lots of other resources including healthy snack ideas, healthy lunchbox ideas and low-Calorie dessert ideas.
