You are fed up with feeling heavy, out of shape, and tired. You want to feel better about yourself, but don’t know where to start. The idea of spending hours in the gym or jumping about in front of other people really doesn’t appeal.
You would love to know how to shape up, lose weight, and be healthier without yet another diet. In fact, you’d like to become one of those people who enjoys workouts!
My coaching will help you get more active and eat a healthier diet without feeling even more stressed and tired. It’s amazing how quick it can be when you do the right things!
WHAT WILL I ACHIEVE?
Everybody is different, and your results will depend o what you want to achieve. But I can promise that you’ll feel heathier, happier, and more in control.
In terms of physical achievements, we can work on weight loss, fat loss, shaping up, getting toned, building muscle, getting strong, being fitter – whatever you need to be happier in your own body.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you get in touch, we’ll have a good chat about your goals, background, any injuries and past experiences with fitness and dieting. You can tell me about any concerns or worries.
I will then write a plan that moves you towards that goal, making best use of the time, energy, and equipment you’ve got.
You don’t need to join a gym, go running, or do anything you don’t want to do. My plans always involve some kind of resistance training but this doesn’t mean throwing huge weights around in the gym. (Unless you want to – we can work on that!)
