Online Nutrition Coaching helps you make peace with healthy eating so you can reach your goals – and maintain them – whilst also enjoying life.

WHAT I HELP WITH

Food is one of the most difficult things to get right. After all, it’s not like we can just give it up! Diet talk and food advertising are everywhere. No wonder it’s so difficult to feel calm and confident about healthy eating.

You wish it felt easier. You would love to be one of those people who just knows what to eat, and can enjoy treats without feeling guilty about it. Mostly you just wish that thinking about food and weight loss didn’t take up so much mental space!

My Online Nutrition coaching is absolutely not another diet. It’s an education programme that empowers you with information and the skills to think for yourself. We will work on your immediate goals of weight loss, energy, health etc. But the coaching will set you up for life.

WHAT WILL I ACHIEVE?

Your results will depend on what you want to achieve. But I can promise you will feel happier, more in control, and much more confident about all things relating to food.

You are likely to lose a bit of weight, experience some fat loss, feel much more energised, sleep better, and address trouble areas like bloating and cravings.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you get in touch, we’ll have chat about your goals, background, lifestyle, food preferences, and past experiences with dieting.

I will then write you a strategy (not a diet or a food plan!) and send you resources like recipes, eating out guides and shopping guides.

You won’t need to cut out foods. Nothing will be banned. This is all about learning to live your life – just a healthier version.
